Your information is secured in vault storage and not on local devices, but due to the flexible nature of the cloud, can be accessed from any device, by you and only you, from any location in the world, so long as there is an internet connection.

In MyZen your documents are digitally signed by you and any other persons of significant control (PSC), stored securely and can be accessed should you need them for reference. Please see our GDPR policy in the terms and conditions of your letter of engagement and our privacy policy.

Documents to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter terrorism financing (CTF) rules and regulations, along with other standard forms that require your completion, such as payroll and specific information relating to Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), are made securely available here.

All clients are provided with their own unique user name and password on selecting one of our packages.
