Your Personalised Package is a build your own offering that combines all the requirements for complying with government regulations on maintaining a limited company with cloud technology to provide all the tools required to supercharge the efficiency of your business.

Choose the desired services and level required from the sidebar (or footer on mobile devices) to support your current business operations that scale with your business as you grow. Your selections are then available to add and build your own package at the bottom of the page.

Included as standard are: bookkeeping, end of year accounts and filings, confirmation statement submissions (previously known as an “annual return”) with payment of the fees and corporation tax returns and filings.

The tools provided are Xero cloud accounting software and Hubdoc bookkeeping software with a training session on each to familiarise yourself with the benefits they bring to simplify business processes and increase capacity.

Most importantly, access to a dedicated account manager who supports and helps grow your business and an annual accounts review meeting that reports back on achievements to date.

To upgrade your package, choose from our operations services, such as bookkeeping based on the amount of monthly transactions, the Zen Reporting Suite (including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and shareholders’ equity), and analyses with commentary and key predictive indicator (KPI) reporting.

Choose from our tax and payroll services, such as VAT preparation and submission, monthly payroll and RTI filing for your employees and Directors’ personal tax accounts.

Choose from our advisory services, such as future-focused meetings, a basic annual tax planning consultation session and the preparation of your annual budget and quarterly forecasts.

Subsequent to the purchase of your build your own package and contact with your dedicated account manager, we carry out a 3-6-1 appraisal as to the suitability of your selected package. This means we review how well your selections meet your existing business needs after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year to ensure you remain agile, enabling you to fulfil your potential as a business and assisting us in providing you with superior financial support. As always, your dedicated team member is available to answer questions you have and offer guidance when required.
