How do we work?

Zen Finance Solutions are Chartered Global Management Accountants, based in the U.K. and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), in partnership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), adhering to a strict code of ethics.

We trust business owners to have a unique understanding of their operations, and as such, will know the basic level of support they need from their accountancy partner. We then build on that understanding and provide a tailor-made solution to attain your personal and business goals faster.

Zen Finance Solutions offer peace of mind with professional indemnity insurance (PII) and registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for your data protection, and unlike some other accountancy practices, full transparency of our pricing structure for each service available to you, so you know exactly how much each service will cost.

Our accountancy fees are all wrapped up and priced for you in a simple fixed monthly fee payable by direct debit that assists in the planning of cash flow, with no nasty surprises or hidden costs.

We aim to make your transition to Zen Finance Solutions as seamless as possible. This is why we use a combination of partners, such as Xero for our cloud accounting services, Hubdoc for our bookkeeping services, Zoom for all training and meetings, GoCardless for simple one-off payment set up covered by the direct debit guarantee, alongside the MyZen client portal to securely house all documents required by us for adherence to regulations and forms for you to complete and digitally sign that relate to your business.

Following your selections, we review your chosen package with you to ensure it covers all your needs. In addition to this, we perform a 3-6-1 appraisal. This means we review how well your selections meet your existing business needs on a 3 monthly, 6 monthly and 1 yearly basis to ensure you are on the best package for you, enabling you to fulfil your potential as a business and assisting us in providing you with superior financial support.

In the unlikely event that you feel the service is not for you, you can leave at any time and all we ask is for one month’s notice.
