The Oak Package combines all the requirements for complying with government regulations on maintaining a limited company with all the tools required to effectively run your business, as with all our packages.
The Oak Package includes end of year accounts and filings, confirmation statement submissions (previously known as an annual return) with payment of the fees and corporation tax returns and filings.
The tools provided are Xero cloud accounting software and Hubdoc bookkeeping software with a training session on each to familiarise yourself with the benefits they bring to simplify business processes and increase capacity.
This is Xero’s premium package which unlocks the handling of multiple currencies, sending of unlimited invoices and quotes, entering unlimited bills and reconciling unlimited bank transactions.
Zen Finance Solutions provides bookkeeping for up to 100 transactions per month and a monthly Zen Reporting Suite with quarterly analyses and key predictive indicators (KPI’s). Cash flow forecasting and scenario planning software. Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns, monthly payroll for up to 20 employees, 2 Corporate credit cards and tax returns for up to 2 Directors.
Most importantly, access to a dedicated account director who supports and helps grow your business, an annual accounts review meeting, monthly management accounts review meetings that report back on performance to date and quarterly future-focused meetings that are the ideal forum for putting plans in place to drive sustainable growth and profitability. A basic annual tax planning consultation session and preparation of the company’s annual budget and forecasts.
As with all our packages, services can be added at any time from our operations, tax and payroll or advisory solutions.
