In My Zen your documents are stored securely and there for your ongoing reference should you need them. They can be digitally signed by you, and where access is granted, to other persons of significant control (PSC). Other documents to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter terrorism financing (CTF) rules and regulations, along with the standard forms that require your completion, such as payroll and specific information relating to Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), are made securely available here.
All clients are provided with their own unique user name and password on selecting one of our packages.
