The Compliance Package combines all the requirements for complying with government regulations on maintaining a limited company with all the tools required to effectively run your business, as with all our packages.
The Compliance Package includes bookkeeping, end of year accounts and filings, confirmation statement submissions (previously known as an annual return) with payment of the fees and corporation tax returns and filings.
The tools provided are Xero cloud accounting software and Hubdoc bookkeeping software with a training session on each to familiarise yourself with the key benefits they bring to simplify business processes and increase capacity.
This is Xero’s starter package for sending up to 20 invoices and quotes, entering up to 5 bills and reconciling up to 20 transactions per month.
Zen Finance Solutions provides bookkeeping for up to 20 transactions per month, and cash flow forecasting and scenario planning software.
Most importantly, access to a dedicated account manager who supports and helps grow your business and an annual accounts review meeting that reports back on achievements to date.
As with all our packages, services can be added at any time from our operations, tax and payroll or advisory solutions.
